After having been a general contractor for 7 years and earning a BS in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly SLO, founder David Mendivil found his calling in the first project he managed as an owner in 2014. At the last OAC meeting the project team went around the table and shared some final thoughts. Each team member agreed that it was the best project they had ever been a part of. David went on to manage more projects for that client, as he does with every client. What David loves about the construction business is integrating himself into his client’s world, learning their priorities and how the construction project fits into their business success, then executing at the highest level.
