I had the pleasure of managing and working closely with David in his role as Regional Director of our in-house design and construction vertical for Longfellow Real Estate Partners in the Bay Area. David was responsible for a half dozen professionals, delivering development planning, preconstruction, and construction services for the organization. David managed the team that executed lab conversion projects, building repositionings, and a new 350,000 square foot lab building in the region.
